Welcome to Carriage House Cockapoos & Goldendoodles!
Top quality Cockapoo, Goldendoodle & English Goldendoodle puppies for family pets, therapy and
service dogs. We are a small hobby breeder located in Virginia.
Our Mission...To further establish Cockapoo and Goldendoodle breeds, provide wonderful pets to
loving families and to provide Service & Therapy dogs to those in need through our Donation Puppy
Program, "Nancy's Pups". This program is in loving memory of my Mother and her loyal hybrid,
Muffins.
Conveniently located in Virginia within a reasonable driving distance from DC, Maryland, Northern
Virginia, West Virginia & North Carolina.

The Carriage House Cockapoo & Goldendoodle Difference!
We are purposefully small so that our parent dogs are raised in our home & our Son's home. They
are pampered and never kenneled outdoors! They are all part of our family, well socialized and
happy. We have over 15 yrs of breeding experience and take great care when breeding our dogs and
caring for puppies. Our Cockapoos and Goldendoodles are well socialized, imprinted and loved
from the moment they are born.

Our Goldendoodles and Cockapoos are carefully bred from only AKC & UKC registered & routinely
vet checked, healthy Sires and Dams with excellent temperaments and conformation.
Joining the Waiting list is recommended as we do not always have litters and pups available. We do
not mass produce puppies for profit. We're working for the betterment of these breeds, Cockapoos
& Goldendoodles, to provide loving family pets and Service & Therapy dogs for those in need.
We offer English Teddy Bear Goldendoodles, mini Goldendoodles and F1 & F1b Goldendoodle mini's
that range in size from 20-45 lbs. Goldendoodles are great service & therapy dogs as well as
excellent family pets. Our Cockapoos are bred from Cocker Spaniels and Miniature Poodles.
Cockapoos average 14-18 lbs as adult sand come in a variety of colors including; buff, cream, sable,
parti, red and black varieties.

Most of our Cockapoo puppies and Goldendoodle puppies have been placed with families in
Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Ohio, Delaware & West
Virginia. We've had families come to our home for one of our adorable Cockapoos or
Goldendoodles from as far as New York, South Carolina, New Jersey, Georgia and Michigan.
We offer delivery of our Goldendoodles and Cockapoos within a reasonable driving distance and
shipping throughout the United States.
