The term "Nursery" is something you'll see quite often while searching for your future pup. For some, it's a cute term given to
a crate or outdoor kennel. By Nursery, we mean just that. It's well-equipped for expectant mom's during labor and delivery.
It's where our puppies are kept safe and warm. All of our dogs are housebroken and live with us in our home.

*Visits are 1/2 hr max. by appointment only. Immediate family only please.
*Shoes must be removed. Shoes can not be worn in the puppy area.
*We'll have hand sanitizer. Please use it before handling the pups.

We try to offer as much information as possible based on questions that we are typically asked by our customers. If you have
additional questions, please feel free to email us. Our email address is posted throughout the website and we do our best to
respond to emails as quickly as possible and usually within the same day. This page includes information about joining the

Joining our Waiting List
It's not often that we have Cockapoos or Goldendoodles available after satisfying our Waiting list. We do things a little
differently than most. We have a limited amount of dogs so that all may live in our home with us. We do not mass produce
puppies with puppies always available for sale. If for any reason families are no longer able to care for their dog/pup whether
it be 10 wks or 10 yrs from now, we'll gladly take the puppy back. We'll find another loving family or let them live out their
years with us. They are our puppies first so their continued happiness & well being is our main priority. Our Goldendoodles &
Cockapoos are adopted as family pets, Sevice & Therapy dogs & are to be spayed or neutered. All of our puppies come with a 2
year Health Guarantee. Most are reserved before they are born by committed & loving families and by families waiting for a
Donation puppy as a Service or Therapy dog to love. Joining the Waiting list is recommended

Goldendoodle puppy!

Most families choose their pups through photos and information provided. At that time, you can schedule a visit to meet your
Cockapoo or Goldendoodle. You are welcome to choose from available puppies on Visiting day.
Families are contacted in order based on your preferences in your puppy application. You can change your preferences but
you'll have to email me and let me know that your preferences have changed. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hrs,
we'll continue to work down the list.
*If you are near the top of the list, meaning 1st, 2nd, 3rd pick, we expect that you know what you are looking for in a puppy and
will be able to choose based on information & photos provided. If you can not make a decision yet, we'll continue to work down
the list. You will still have the option to choose from the remaining Cockapoos or Goldendoodles when they are 5 wks old
during the first visiting weekend. You may opt to wait for the next Cockapoo or Goldendoodle litter.
You are allowed to update your preferences whether it be color or sex of your future puppy. If you choose a puppy but then
decide you 'd rather wait for another litter, you'll rejoin the Waiting list in order as a new family and not regain the spot that
you had. The more specific you are about sex & color the longer the wait usually. Pups are not made to order as we are dealing
with nature. It is impossible to guarantee and exact wait time so we do not.
We do not breed ill-tempered sires and dams. Our moms and dads are both friendly and loving. Taking into consideration the
good nature of their parents and proper training from the families that choose them, any puppy you choose has the best
possible chance of being a great companion.
Please keep in mind that as in nature once in a while a female doesn't "take", some reabsorb or miscarry, litter size can vary. If
this occurs, you'll remain on the Waiting list for other upcoming litters. This is why it is impossible to guarantee a time frame.
We'll give you our best estimate based on our current Waiting list and breeding schedule.

Choosing from "available puppies"
After the visiting week for waiting list families, all Cockapoos and Goldendoodles who are not yet chosen become available on a
first come, first serve basis to families with approved applications . This rarely happens.
If we have available Cockapoos and Goldendoodles, you will find them on the Available Puppies page.

Deposits
We require a Non Refundable deposit in order to be added to a waiting list. Deposits will only be refunded if we are unable to
deliver a puppy that we feel has a temperament that will be favorable to your family situation. Deposits are not returned for
preference on sex, coat or color . We do our best to inform you on our upcoming litters page of what you can expect for color,
coats vary and change with age of the pup and we can never tell how many males or females may be born in a particular litter.
You will have the choice to move your deposit to another upcoming litter if you wish to wait for a specific sex or color. You may
also choose to leave your deposit with us to be added to a wait list for future puppies if your time horizon changes. Please keep
in mind that once your pet is spayed or neutered, there is really no difference in the behavior or temperament than that of the
opposite sex
If you should change your mind after reserving a puppy and that puppy is 6 wks or older, your deposit will not be refunded.
You will have the option of re-joining the Waiting list for a future litter.

If you wish to mail a money order or certified check because you are unable to make it on visiting day, please email us for

If you wish to pay your balance using PayPal, just let us know and we'll send you a PayPal invoice. PayPal charges a fee for
payment processing. 4% will be added to your balance to cover this fee. PayPal payments take 3-4 days to process. Please
keep that time frame in mind as balances are due when puppies are 5 wks of age.
Why 5 weeks? This let's us know that families are committed to the puppy that they have chosen so we don't turn good
families away because we are under the impression that the puppy has found it's forever home. It takes time to find a quality
home for puppies. Deposits will not be refunded to families that change their minds after reserving a puppy which removes
that puppy as available , has caused us to tell families that the puppy is no longer available because you have reserved it and
as a result, leaves us far less time to find a suitable home for that puppy. You can rejoin the Waiting list losing your previous
position and apply your deposit toward another puppy from a future litter.
All families on our Waiting list have our home number and email address. We value communication with our puppies'
families for the lifetime of our puppies!
Visiting Policy
Due to the prevalence of and easily spread Parvo virus Carriage House Cockapoos and Goldendoodles will not accept visitors
to our home to see the puppies until they are at least 5 weeks of age and the visitor has placed a deposit on a puppy. We
require you place a deposit on a Goldendoodle or Cockapoo before visiting because many families will kennel hop when they
are puppy "shopping". Parvo virus is transferred through the contact of fecal matter from an infected dog. It can be carried in
on your clothing, shoes, hands, and even vehicle tires. Parvo is extremely harmful and often deadly to puppies under 1 year of
age whether treated or untreated. You will visit with your puppy in our Puppy play room. Families do not visit in the dog yard
and the rest of our house. We can not bleach our entire home and grounds after each visiting day to avoid contamination. We
limit visits to the puppy playroom and it is treated and cleaned after each visiting day to keep our dogs and pups safe and

Visits are always scheduled the Saturday following your puppy turning 5 wks old. Pick ups are scheduled the Saturday
following your puppy turning 8 wks old. When choosing your puppy please make a note of the due date so that you can plan in
advance to visit. Sundays are our only day to spend as a family because our Saturdays are usually busy with visits or pick ups.
*Children must be supervised by their parents at all times. They must be seated when holding the Cockapoo or Goldendoodle
puppies. Only Cockapoos and Goldendoodles not already spoken for from the litter you are choosing from may be handled.
*If you are purchasing a puppy as a companion for your family and a family pet, please know ahead of time if your pet gets
along well with other animals. Most dogs are kind to puppies but a few are not. We do not allow other dogs on our property. A
"getting to know you" type of situation could result in a puppy being harmed. In addition, we are very careful not to have any
diseases brought to our home by another dog/pet.

Boarding
If you can not make arrangements to pick up your pup on pick-up dates, we will board your Cockapoo or Goldendoodle for you
only if we are available to do so. You must discuss this with us in advance. If we can not, you can opt for another Cockapoo or
Goldendoodle litter that suits your schedule.We prefer that Cockapoos and Goldendoodles are picked up when the pup is ready
for their new home at 8 wks. 9-12 wks of age is a critical bonding time for pup. They will also need to continue it's series of
vaccinations which will be due again at 9 & 12 wks of age.
A $20 per day boarding fee is charged for the care for the dog which is due to be paid in full when you pick up your pup.
We will board Cockapoos and Goldendoodles for a maximum of no more than 2 weeks only if our schedule allows.
Keep in mind that gestation is 9 wks. Your puppy must be 8 wks before they leave us. If you have an idea when a litter is due,
you should be able to plan well in advance for pick up. We do understand that things come up so as stated previously, you can
opt for the next litter of Cockapoos or Goldendoodles if the timing is not suitable.
