HEALTH GUARANTEE/Sales Contract
You can either mail, scan your signed copy and email it or bring it with you during your
puppy visit.

Deposits are non-refundable. Any Puppy balance is due to be paid in full by the time the puppy is 5 wks
of age, unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller. If the balance is not paid, the deposit will be
forfeited and the puppy will be resold. When using PayPal add 4% to your final balance for PayPal fees.
We absolutely will not accept personal checks! Credit/Debit card payments must be made in advance
using the PayPal link which usually takes 3-4 days to clear.
This usually avoids us finding out at the last minute that the buyer has had a change of heart. It's
important to know that families are committed to their puppy. If the balance is not received, we will
assume that the buyer no longer wishes to purchase the puppy and we will proceed in finding the pup a
suitable home. Critical bonding takes place between 8-12 wks. .
*If for some reason something should happen to puppy that is life threatening or an injury where we
feel pup is not suitable for sale at 8 wks, etc., buyer will be given a full refund or the option to choose
from another litter.
The puppy is guaranteed for any/all life-threatening congenital defects for a period of 2 yrs.
For this guarantee to be valid you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your
choice within 72 hours of the date of purchase. During the initial exam, should your veterinarian find a
life threatening congenital defect you must contact me at time of vet check. Buyer is responsible for all
shipping expenses. The puppy must be returned with the AKC papers(akc papers if a cocker is
purchased) and a statement from the veterinarian certifying the diagnosis including the date. Breeder
has 1 yr to provide replacement puppy.
We do not guarantee any cosmetic or easily fixed conditions such as hernia or undecsended testicles.
All breeds are prone to certain conditions throughout their lifetime that are common to that breed.
Please inform yourself by researching your breed before purchasing your puppy. We strive to breed
only the healthiest sires and dams for healthy, quality puppies.

If your puppy is exposed to parvo and/or distemper before the full vaccines series is completed, he/she
can be susceptible to these viruses. We will not be held responsible. Please keep in mind that your
pups immune system is not fully developed until 12-16 wks of age! Your puppy has not completed it's
series of vaccinations before it leaves us. This series must be continued with your vet. Do not take your
puppy to place where it might be exposed such as; Petsmart, Petco, parks, rest stops, fast food areas,
etc. Anyone can bring Parvo to your home on their shoes. Keep your puppy on your lap when going to
the Vet's office. Sick dogs go to the Vet too!
*Your puppy will have received; Parvo vaccination at 5 wks, 5 way vaccination at 7 wks but you must
continue this series.
If sudden death should occur an autopsy must be performed and report verified by my veterinarian to
determine the cause of death. If death occurred from a congenital problem, a replacement puppy of
the same sex and equal value will be given. Breeder has 1 yr to replace puppy.
Parasites, internal or external, are not covered by guarantee. While everything possible is done to
assure all pups are free of these "pest", parasites occur in nature. There are certain disorders that
may be caused by environmental factors, such as but not limited to: allergies, thyroid dysfunction,
mange, cancer, tumors, growths, scabies, mite related illness and other auto-immune disorders which
are not covered by this guarantee.
*Pups are wormed with Nemex 2 at weeks 3,5 & 7. All of our adults are treated with Frontline Plus
every 30 days throughout the year. Mom's are wormed before they are bred. They are also on
heartworm prevention monthly!
If at any time, you are not able to keep your puppy, whether the puppy is 10 weeks old or 10 years, I
need to be contacted first. I can assist you with finding him/her with a new home. Do not sell or give
away the dog without the written permission of the seller. This does not imply any refunds.

We reserve the right to NOT sell our puppies to people if we do not feel it will be in the puppy's best
interest. If that determination is made, buyer's deposit will be refunded.
*Puppy is to be spayed or neutered unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Buyer agrees to send
proof of spay or neuter within the first year of your puppy's life.
Buyer also agrees and understands that size and color is only an estimated idea depending on previous
repeat litter or size of parents. There is no guarantee as to how big or small or what color they will be at
adult full grown age. There is no "coat type" guarantee. We breed first generation and as a result, coat
types can vary. Although it's common for poodle cross to be low to non-shedding some may shed more
than others. All our Puppies are temperament tested and sound at the time of sale. We take great pains
to provide a secure, loving environment for our Puppies from birth and provide daily proper
socialization. After pick up, the responsibility is on the Buyer to provide a good environment with
proper socialization. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to keep the Puppy free from harm and bad
interactions with other people, dogs and animals. Any negative exposure of the puppy to a bad
experience with other dogs or people can cause lasting effects. Be gentle with your Puppy and use
Positive Reinforcement. Do not hit your puppy or rub it's nose in it when it has an "accident". Monitor
small children when they are interacting with the puppy.

This contract is non-transferable and void if a puppy changes ownership from buyer stated above.
Failure of the Buyer to comply with any condition of the Agreement will relieve the Seller of any
obligation to the Buyer.
If a legal were to occur it will be dealt within the state of Virginia and is subject to all Virginia laws. Out
of state laws are not valid per this guarantee. All attorney fees will be billed to buyer.
I have read this contract, understand fully, and will abide completely in order to keep this guarantee in
full effect.
