HEALTH GUARANTEE/Sales Contract

For this guarantee to be valid you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice
within 72 hours of the date of purchase. If puppy is diagnosed at that time with a life-threatening illness, seller
must be notified immediately. Information from Vet must be provided. Should a genetic disease be discovered
during this time, that will greatly shorten the life or greatly alter the quality of life of the puppy, Seller will
provide Buyer with a full refund of purchase price only. Medical documentation will be required.
The Breeder provides a two year warranty against debilitating Hip Displasia, from the date of sale. Should the
dog be found to have debilitating HD in the first two years, Buyer must provide Breeder with proof in the form
of documentation from either PennHip or OFA. Breeder reserves the right to confirm all results. If it is
confirmed that dog indeed has debilitating HD, Breeder will refund up to 100% of the purchase amount of the
puppy for treatment expenses. This warranty on HD will be voided if dog is ever allowed to become overweight
or if it is found that the dog’s developing joints have been overstressed at any point during the warranty period.
Warranty will not cover hip dysplasia if the puppy/dog has been bred. All of our puppies are to be spayed or
neutered.
Not included in this warranty are health problems arising from trauma, abuse or failure to maintain general
health care of the dog. This warranty does not include viral illnesses that appear more than 3 days after buyer
takes the puppy, parasites, infections, improper bites, auto immune deficiency, hernias, hypoglycemia, or any
illness that may be caused by ingestion of a foreign object, food, or chemical.
Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable to the Buyer or to any third party for any consequential,
incidental or special damages resulting from or in a manner related to the puppy.
Upon execution of this contract all veterinary care and its associated costs are the sole and exclusive
Responsibility of the buyer. Buyer agrees to maintain this puppy/dog in good health, provide routine
preventative health care including, but not limited to, Vaccinations, Internal and External Parasites, Heartworm
prevention and any other preventative medication Vet feels is needed. Veterinary records must be provided to
breeder if requesting refund or replacement. If any of the above preventative care has not been provided, health
warranty will be void.
*Puppy is to be spayed or neutered unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Buyer agrees to send proof of spay
or neuter within 6 months of purchase. If puppy is not spayed or neutered and/or proof of spay or neuter is not
provided by the buyer to the seller within 6 months of purchase, guarantee/warranty will be void.
All of our Puppies are temperament tested and sound at the time of sale. We take great pains to provide a secure,
loving environment for our Puppies from birth and provide daily proper socialization. After pick up, the
responsibility is on the Buyer to provide a good environment with proper socialization. Monitor small children
when they are interacting with the puppy.
We ask that you please keep in touch. We love to see photos of our puppies as they mature. We are always
working to improve our breeding program for the health of our puppies. We like to know how they are doing.
Please let us know if you have any concerns or if you have any questions regarding training, feeding, etc. We
will be here for you and your puppy for the lifetime of your puppy so please feel free to email or call us anytime
in the future.
This contract is non-transferable and void if a puppy changes ownership from buyer stated above. Failure of the
Buyer to comply with any condition of the Agreement will relieve the Seller of any obligation to the Buyer.
Both Buyer and Seller agree that this Contract represents the entire Agreement between them and that no other
representations have been made regarding the puppy described above.
